TWO SEMESTER CLASS

This class will aim to teach students the basics of both hand and machine sewing. We will do this through at least three fun projects that the student will be able to use long after class has ended. The class fee will cover the cost of a basic sewing kit that will be the student's to keep at the conclusion of the class, as well as the supplies for the first project.

**Students will need to purchase fabrics for two projects. >> Fabric must be woven (not stretchy).

Apron: 4 yards fabric thread

Pillow Quilt:

• 2 1/2 yards each of TWO fabrics -OR- 5 yards of ONE fabric
• 1 twin size fleece blanket (must have measurements at least 66"x90")
• 1 embroidery floss
